Chicago, IL, May 14, 2024-Lacey “G Souldier” Turner has been awarded the esteemed “Business of The Year Award” at the 22nd Annual Service Of The Year Awards held at the Jefferson City, Missouri Capital. Hosted by the Missouri Community Service Commission (MCSC), this event recognizes exceptional individuals and organizations for their remarkable contributions to service and volunteerism throughout the state.
The ceremony, which took place at the Missouri State Capitol, celebrated the profound impact of service on communities across Missouri. Acting Director of the Department of Economic Development, Michelle Hataway, highlighted the inspiring dedication of individuals like Lacey “G Souldier” Turner, who work tirelessly to make a positive difference in the lives of others. 
The Show Me Service Awards, presented in seven categories across four regions, showcase the diverse ways Missourians contribute to their communities. From youth volunteers to seniors, each award recipient embodies the spirit of service and the values of compassion and altruism. The atmosphere at the Capital was filled with excitement as political officials and families gathered to honor the awardees’ achievements.
Reflecting on this honor, Lacey ‘G Souldier’ Turner, CEO of 4 Feet Off The Ground Productions, expressed profound humility, stating, “Receiving the Business of The Year Award for my production company is a testament to the success that comes from hard work, dedication, and giving back to the community.”
