The Observer Effect

Wikipedia says, “In physics, the observer effect is the theory that simply observing a situation or phenomenon necessarily changes that phenomenon. This is often the result of instruments that, by necessity, alter the state of what they measure in some manner. A commonplace example is checking the pressure in an automobile tire; this is difficult to do without letting out some of the air, thus changing the pressure. Similarly, it is not possible to see any object without light hitting the object and causing it to reflect that light. While the effects of observation are oftentimes negligible, the object still experiences a change.”

Let’s expand on this concept into everyday life.

What you can think and perceive defines the limitations of what you are able to achieve. So, if you learn a set of rules, beliefs and the structure supporting them, along with any adopted way of thinking from others, you have that technique’s and/or system’s blinders on. What is true today, may not be true tomorrow.

It is an acquired set of rules that conform to your expectations, which have been formed and groomed since childhood. Letting go of what you know, to make room for what you don’t know can be a challenge.

As soon as you start to question or see things from a different perspective, you will run the risk of upsetting your valuable assumptions about your reality and the reality at large.

You are the one making up the rules of your own experience of reality. By exercising the freedom to think outside the box, make different choices than where you are being led by others, release limiting beliefs and concepts, and observing with the intent to define your existence, you can activate the observer effect.

Choose with great conviction a state of possibility where the perfect outcome could manifest. The physical matter hologram is transformed; thus, your life is also transformed.

You contain within you the keys to infinite power and limitless possibilities if you don’t try to make things happen. Instead, you allow things to unfold through the pull of the natural laws of the universe aligning with your energy and thinking, co-creating along the way.

There is a consciousness, beyond our understanding, yet we have an innate knowing, of which is a space of infinite miraculous possibilities. Consider what “man” has created throughout time, all the things that were non-existent until brought into reality. Imagine what is yet to come, the amazing discoveries and inventions.

“Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

~Albert Einstein

The way we tend to approach how reality is defined can make us fragmented in our awareness, capabilities, and possibilities. Emotions and faith are split from hard science. Therefore, we will question and disbelieve things that cannot be proven by hard evidence and physical findings of facts.

“Fact,” comes from Latin – factium, which means “made up.”

We can take something as hard fact but keep in mind, there is so much more going on within the quantum space of life. Within the macro is the micro and each is intertwined with the other. There is truth within truths, and at the moment, you are what you think. Everything you have believed, accepted, experienced, and internalized, comprises a vast matrix that defines your energetic signature.

Your perceptual lens filters all the information coming in from the worldviews and forms who you are and who you become. However, learning to step back as an observer, creates a whole different paradigm of seeing, believing and living.

To change something in your reality, you must alter your thinking and feelings. You cannot fit new knowledge into what you already know or think you know as your truths. When you can realize you know nothing, there is always more to learn, it will open you up to paying attention to what is available to you for a better understanding of who you are and the life you are living.

When you change the way you observe and encode your reality, you change the consciousness structure of what you choose to observe.

•    You are now co-creating in a template you have designed
•    Old thinking makes way for living in a new way of thinking
•    Connection with the inner self and your determination for change, what you experience will morph and adapt to your new thinking and believing

Over time there becomes a new grid of energy settling into your subconscious awareness. Habitual patterns are replaced by new habits creating a new platform for new experiences.

Anything ingrained in your awareness becomes a part of your foundation for reality. To change expected outcomes, it requires moving outside that which contains prefabricated beliefs and the current level of awareness that may be holding you back.

Take full responsibility for what you create, allowing for objective changes to occur. No one else can do it for you, changing the external may only be momentary, but the change within is the power that motivates and empowers.

“Open your eyes to the beauty around you,
Open your mind to the wonders of life,
Open your heart to those who love you,
And always be true to yourself.”

~Maya Angelou
